Mathematical Modeling and Multi-Criteria Optimization of Design Parameters for the Gyratory Crusher

There are a sufficient number of works devoted to modeling crushing machines. Nevertheless, the fact that there large working conditions, and ongoing development science technology, require continuous improvement specification models intended for processes those devices concerned. However, few studies related single-roll gyratory crushers. Such crushers promising use in mines crush rocks laid developed space. Mathematical optimization design parameters chamber executive body (roll) shaft crusher, designed strong rocks, was performed this paper. A differential equation derived. As result its solution, rational shape cheek crusher established, representing logarithmic spiral arc. Analytical expressions were derived determine rotation speed productivity under consideration. The Fourier series expansion showed loads contained harmonics first, second, third fourth orders. Using concept fuzzy sets, multi-criteria performed, including values eccentricity central angle beginning profile. variation coefficients reduced, due optimal choice profile angular coordinates installation fixed cheeks. torque reduced 1.67 times, while radial decreased 1.2 times.
